I’ve just finished writing the manuscript for a book app called Finley & Max. In a nut shell, Finley pretends to be a bunch of different things (pirate, robot, t-rex) in hopes that Max will play, too, but Max refuses in typical 2-year-old fashion. (Yes, this is based on my boys in real life.)
I’m working on the dummy book (a small sketch version of what the book will look like) and I had this idea to add a series of crazy Finley creatures with Max giving him the “not impressed” look. I left my sketches on the couch and I came back to a couple additions:
I may have to leave these in the final book. Just too awesome! Especially that cube guy.
