Here’s one for all my Libra peeps. I’m a Libra myself, so this one has special meaning for me.
The tough thing about doing a Libra illustration is that the sign is the only inanimate one in the bunch: a scale. Lions and mermaid goats I can pretty easily translate into baby drawings. A scale?
My idea here was to play off the main characteristic of Libra, which is balance (or in most of our cases, the struggle to find balance). We are also lovers; people who enjoy being in relationship, so I had to throw some hearts in there.
I’d love to hear if you think this is working. (Sometimes I make illustrations that I think are crystal clear but it turns out that they are super obscure, so please let me know!)

I love these Karen…as someone who loves astrology, too, I think you capture the essences of the signs you’ve done so far!
You should make a calender or baby onesies out of these!

Great ideas, Hannah! I never thought of doing a calendar. How fun would that be!

I actually illustrated a zodiac calender a few years ago when Pele was really little. I will have to send you some of those images. They’re not quite like what I usually do. If I can find any scans of them–will have to go look. XOXO!
